Abstract

This study analyzes take title sworn testimony of witnesses who are not in the criminal acts infanticide ( the study verdict ID : 145/pid.b/2011/pn.pbg . )
The problem in this study are Is not sworn testimony in the murder of his criminal acts can be classified as a valid proof , and how the strength of evidence is not evidence of a sworn witness in the murder of his criminal acts .To discuss the problem, then the method used is normative juridical , with data in the form of secondary data sources . Data presented in the form of descriptions arranged systematically with qualitative analysis .
The results of this study are not sworn testimony in Decision Number: 145/Pid.B/2011/PN.Pbg )can not be classified as a valid proof of evidence that nature is not a proof tool , but can be valuable and can be used as an additional other legal means of evidence during the testimony of witnesses who have read compatibility with valid proof tools and gadgets available evidence has met the minimum threshold of proof.
Proof of Evidence Strength witness who is sworn in Decision Number: 145/Pid.B/2011/PN.Pbg ) the strength of proof attached to the testimony that was read in court , its still not a proof tool , but the strength of proof attached it can be used to strengthen confidence in the judge alone\
