This study aims to know the legal effectiveness of internal control bank lending. In addition, the aim is also to know the influence of motivational factors control, legal compliance and cooperation of the legal effectiveness of internal control in the Bank's lending.
To achieve the above targets, the study took place at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Ukabima Sejahtera Cilacap is done by legally sociological approach, which is quantitative. The research method used is the field survey, documentary method and the method of literature, the specification is descriptive research. Target population in the study are Customers and employees of PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Ukabima Sejahtera Cilacap, taken a sample of 5% of the population is in a period of 3 (three) years, with the method used is the Simple Random Sampling (Random simple). The data was collected using a questionnaire method (Quisionere), methods of documentary and literature. The collected data were processed using methods of coding data, editing data and tabulation of data, are presented in tables and narrative text. Data analysis was performed using quantitative methods, especially the Frequency Distribution Analysis and Cross Snalisis. In addition, the analysis of this data is also used qualitative methods, the emphasis on the Content Analysis and Comparative Analysis.
Obtained from the research results that, rate the effectiveness of internal control in the Bank's lending to the Customer, shows a relatively high level. The high level of effectiveness of internal control is evidenced by the Bank indicators include: (a) The high level examination of personality Bank Customer, (b) The high level of scrutiny to guarantee bank loans raised; (c) The high level of bank checks to the credit management; and (d) the high rate of return on bank checks customer credit.
In addition, in this study also obtained results that, motivational factor control, legal compliance and cooperation, are likely to impact positively on the effectiveness of internal control in the provision of Credit Bank. That is, the higher the level of motivation, compliance and cooperation, the higher the level of effectiveness of internal control in the provision krdedit Bank to the Customer
